Our gypsum plaster production plants are designed to manufacture 10 to 50 tons of gypsum products per hour, with an annual output ranging from 100,000 to 500,000 tons. By adjusting raw material formulations, it can produce various types of gypsum-based materials, including lightweight and dense gypsum formulations.
These gypsum plaster processing lines have a tower-style structure, with silos positioned at the top to ensure an efficient material flow. The additive metering system operates through an independent platform-based dosing and pumping system, allowing precise ingredient distribution. Materials move through a controlled sequence of stages, including weighing, mixing, temporary storage, bulk loading or packaging, and palletizing.
To maintain consistency in formulation, the automatic weighing and batching unit ensures precise dosing before materials enter the high-efficiency mixing system, where they are blended uniformly. The finished gypsum-based products are then processed through an intelligent packaging system, followed by an automated palletizing unit that efficiently stacks the packaged materials. The entire process is fully automated, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability to different production needs.
