The fully automatic specialty dry mortar production plant, capable of achieving an annual production capacity ranging from 80,000 to 300,000 tons per single production line. Depending on the chosen mixing equipment, specific plant layout, and required mortar formulations, these dry mortar plants can be configured with either a sand processing system or a wet sand drying system. This versatility allows manufacturers to consistently produce various types of dry mortar products and specialty mortars, such as pre-mixed mortar, masonry mortar, plastering mortar, gypsum-based mortar, tile adhesive, putty powder, and self-leveling compounds, with hourly production rates varying from 8 to 30 tons.
Typically, each specialty mortar production line uses between 3 to 6 dedicated raw material silos, depending on the formulation complexity. To maintain product purity, ensure consistent quality, and avoid cross-contamination, it is strongly recommended that each production line produces no more than four different mortar types, especially when significant variations exist between formulations.
