    Our fully automatic and eco-friendly wall putty powder processing system is designed for an annual output of 100,000 to 300,000 tons. By adjusting raw material formulations, it can produce various types of wall putty, including interior wall putty, exterior wall putty, standard putty, high-gloss putty, and gypsum-based putty. Depending on the selected model, the hourly production capacity ranges from 10 to 30 tons. This wall putty manufacturing system features a tower-type structure, with powder silos positioned at the top of the main tower. The additive system utilizes an independent platform-based metering and pumping system, ensuring precise ingredient dosing. Raw materials move downward through various processing stages, including the weighing section, mixing chamber, finished product storage, automated packaging, and palletizing system.

    To meet different formulation requirements, this dry mixing plant integrates computerized weighing and dosing technology, allowing precise batching before materials enter the high-efficiency mixer. The blended putty powder is then processed immediately for final packaging. The entire operation is fully automated and intelligently controlled, reducing labor requirements while ensuring consistency and efficiency.

    The parameters represent only the capacity of the mixers. Actual production output will also depend on the performance of packaging and palletizing systems (calculated based on two shifts of 16 hours per day, 300 working days per year).

    The finished product silo allows for preliminary quality control by temporarily storing dry mortar before packaging.
