We have developed sand production equipment that optimizes energy use while extending the lifespan of its main components. The multi-chamber rotor design enhances the crushing process, reducing wear and minimizing maintenance time. This system is designed to improve material quality and support various applications in sand and aggregate production.
The process starts as raw material enters the rotor, where centrifugal force accelerates it before propelling it toward impact plates and dispersed particles within the chamber. Repeated collisions and friction break down the material into finer particles. Over time, smaller fragments accumulate near the impact area, creating a protective layer that enhances crushing efficiency while shielding internal components from excessive wear. Once the material reaches the required particle size, it is discharged through the bottom outlet.
