Material storage and delivery
The raw materials for dry mortar include cement, sand, fly ash, additives, etc. Raw materials are delivered to the plant by bulk tanker or in bulk bags and are stored in dedicated silos.
Huangang provides material silos of various models in customized quantities based on client’s needs like material type and usage. We deliver silos with elevators, screw conveyors or pneumatic conveying systems to ensure that materials can be safely and efficiently delivered from drop points to silos.
Weighing and batching
During production, materials are precisely weighed according to ingredients ratios and sent into mixers.

Mixing
Mixing is the essential process during dry mortar production. The precisely weighed materials are fed into mixers and become uniform after mixing for some time.

Packaging
The mixed mortar will be sent to product silos for temporary storage and then delivered to packaging machines for precise filling and packaging.
Huangang provides automatic valve bag packaging machine, open-mouth bag packaging machine, bulk bag packaging machine and automatic bag placer, all of which is customizable according to production capacity and packaging types.
Palletizing and wrapping
Packaged dry mortar is sent to palletizing machine to be sorted and stacked on the pallet in an orderly manner. Then the wrapping machine will apply shrink wraps for bulk packaging.
After wrapping, the palletized bags form a stable load for forklift handling, storage, and transport.
